When uploading an SSL certificate or key via the TMUI, the upload might occasionally fail with a 'General database error.' The /var/log/webui.log shows an error similar to the following: -- ERROR [TP-Processor2] ssl_certificate.SSLCertificateImportHandler:importCertificateToMcpd - /shared/tmp/upload__36aadee9_16539dee776__8000_00001003.tmp (No such file or directory). This issue occurs rarely and is intermittent.
