When APM is provisioned, a virtual server can be associated with connectivity profile via the GUI. However, when provisioning SSLO and APM, that option is not available in the GUI.
Cannot configure APM connectivity profile via the GUI.

Use tmsh to associate the connectivity profile to a virtual server.
The system now supports provisioning both APM and SSLO modules, and provides the APM connectivity profile options for virtual servers.
