Pool member's connections per second i.e., F5-BIGIP-LOCAL-MIB::ltmPoolMemberStatCurrentConnsPerSec(precision.last_value) is not updated when the traffic is stopped or when rate-limit is reset.
There is no functional impact, but the stats are confusing.
When traffic is stopped and rate-limit is reset, this problem shows.
There is no workaround.
