Symptoms

When performing a policy sync on an access profile of SSO type, it fails with an error message: "PolicySyncMgr: Internal error while collecting objects for policy /Common/MySSOProf. Exception: PolicySyncMgr: MCP query queryallincludereferencetree failed for macros. Encountered MCP exception 01020036:3: The requested Access Policy (/Common/MySSOProf) was not found"

Impact

Access profile cannot be sync'ed to other devices.

Conditions

- Create an access profile of type SSO - Start a policy sync on the profile

Workaround

No workaround.

Fix Information

Access profile of SSO type won't be in the list of policy sync windows so that user won't be able to perform the operation on this type of access profile.
