Direct cause: Policy contains parameters with dynamic type Indirect cause: Policy Builder is configured to classify parameters as dynamic (related to bug 717525)
- Change all dynamic parameters value types to User Input with Alpha Numeric data type - Unset parameters' dynamic value type (or uncheck all parameters' dynamic classification options in 'Learning And Blocking Settings').
Policy Builder does not set extractions for dynamic parameters in manual mode
