BIG-IQ is not collecting analytics statistics. The appiqagent restarts repeatedly with the following error message in /var/log/appiq/agentmanager.log: 2018-10-16 16:45:45,741 ERROR c.f.a.v.r.RethinkDBMultiKeysRemoteView [ViewUpdater:Version -> SourceCatalog] Unexpected View exception, NO RETRY java.lang.NullPointerException: null at java.util.ArrayList.<init>(ArrayList.java:177) ~[?:1.8.0_141] at com.f5.aggregation.spec.AggregationGroupSpec.<init>(AggregationGroupSpec.java:38) ~[aggregation.jar!/:dev]
The appiqagent restarts continuously, and does not receive analytics statistics.
BIG-IQ can't collect analytics statistics information.
Current Workaround: On CM: /usr/local/bin/python2.7 -mrethinkdb._dump -f /tmp/rethinkdb_backup.tar.gz bigstart stop rethinkdb /bin/rm -rf /var/config/rethinkdb/data/* bigstart start rethinkdb restart: appiqconfig appiqquery appiqpostaggregator appiqhealth appiqagent
The Agent Manager now performs as expected.
