Issues in the HSB may cause packet data to fail CRC (TCP checksums). This can be confirmed by observing the CRC error rate reported by the HSB, along with confirming that the packet data was correct when it arrived at the BIG-IP system by using a tcpdump capture. This issue persists until the HSB is rebooted, which appears to clear the condition.

Incoming packets are dropped.

Network traffic is received by the BIG-IP system. It is unknown what causes the issue in the HSB.

Reboot to clear the state of the HSB.
