When a pool is configured from the wizard, it does not show up in the last entry of 'Routing Destinations' tab.
No route can be configured as the pool is not available. Configuration can not be saved from the iApp.
System configuration using the diameter iApp.

Pool is now available to create routes though the iApp, and configuration can be saved.
