tmOption value returns as string instead of array.
POST/PATCH to tmOption of a client SSL profile with string syntax is not allowed, even though it returns as string in REST responses.
When client SSL is retrieved using REST.
POST/PATCH to tmOption of client SSL profile should be done with array format, irrespective of REST response format (string or array).
