Symptoms

Exported filename does not include datetime, it's always configuration.json or export.tar.gz (when dictionary is exported)

Impact

File name should include the date/time, but it does not.

Conditions

iApp configuration is exported by clicking the 'Export Configuration' button

Workaround

Client can always rename the exported file after it's saved in local machine.

Fix Information

Configuration.json and export.tar.gz both filenames include UTC time
