Symptoms

In an high availability (HA) pair, sometimes the standby BIG-IQ device will hold stale dcd-monitor-tasks and will log warnings endlessly.

Impact

The standby device can hold stale dcd-monitor-tasks and logging them forever.

Conditions

This can be encountered occasionally in a high availability (HA) environment.

Workaround

Remove and re-add the standby BIG-IQ device.
