Symptoms

When you use tmsh to create a GTM listener with 'advertise' set to 'yes', the corresponding virtual address that is created will have the route-advertisement setting set to disabled.

Impact

Unexpected configuration for virtual address.

Conditions

-- Using tmsh to create a GTM listener. -- 'advertise' is set to 'yes'.

Workaround

You can use either of the following workarounds: -- Use tmsh to disable and enable the 'advertise' option in GTM listener using the following sequence of commands: modify gtm listener ratest2 advertise no modify gtm listener ratest2 advertise yes -- Use the GUI to modify the listener and enable the 'advertise' option.
