Symptoms

When using Citrix Workspace App v19x for iOS to connect to Citrix applications protected by APM, first connection is successful but subsequent login attempts fail.

Impact

First connection works but subsequent login attempts fail. Resetting account on Workspace resolves the issue.

Conditions

- User upgrades to Workspace v19x App for iOS - APM is configured to use PNAgent based access

Workaround

Instead of using the legacy PNAgent based access, switch to newer StoreFront access. This can be done either with Citrix iApp ("Use StoreFront based access" option) or with VDI profile ("Enable StoreFront functionality on APM" checkbox).
