When OPT-0036 is used on VIPRION B2250 blades, spurious byte counts may be observed on the corresponding interface, even though the interface shows as down.

Cosmetic. Byte counts appear on an interface that is legitimately down, but system functionality is otherwise unaffected.

-- Using VIPRION B2250 blades. -- No optic cable is connected to the OOPT-0036 optic. -- The interface is configured as 'Bundle Disabled'.

Except for removing the inactive optic module, there is no workaround.
