When creating SNMPv3 users in TMSH, it is possible to create two entries that have the same value for the 'username' keyword of the TMSH command. Only one of the entries with that username gets written to the snmpd.conf file and used by the SNMP daemon.

Duplicate SNMP v3 user username entries can be entered into the BIG-IP configuration.
Ensure there are no duplicate values for the username keyword when entering SNMPv3 users in TMSH.
