If you create or edit an AS3 Template, and the set a value of a field, then deselect both Override and Editable, the value isn't set back to the default value, which may be confusing since the value selected is no longer relevant.
The value won't be reflected in the JSON for the object, since neither Override nor Editable are selected.
Create or edit an AS3 Template, set the value of a field, then deselect both Override and Editable for that field.
This is a cosmetic issue but can be misleading. To work around it, cancel your changes, and edit only the fields you intend to use Override or Editable.
