Bug ID 807833: When importing the LTM service the Conflict Resolution tab doesn't always default to the tab where the conflicts exist

Last Modified: Jul 12, 2023

Affected Product(s):
BIG-IQ Device User Interface(all modules)

Opened: Jul 21, 2019

Severity: 4-Minor

Symptoms

When you import the LTM service, the Conflict Resolution tab doesn't necessarily default to the tab where the conflicts exist. This can be confusing as you might need to look at the other tab (Device Specific Objects) to see the conflicts.

Impact

Conflict Resolution screen defaults to the Shared Objects tab, which can be confusing since none are shown on that tab.

Conditions

This happens when you're importing the LTM service for a device and conflicts exist only for device-specific objects rather than shared objects.

Workaround

Click on the Device Specific Objects tab if you don't see any conflicts on your screen.
