Logs indicate that a device reset has taken place due to a stuck crypto queue operation. In /var/log/ltm: crit tmm[15650]: 01010025:2: Device error: n3-crypto1 reset stuck request queue, retried 1/3 crit tmm[15650]: 01010025:2: Device error: n3-crypto1 device soft resetting


The device can undergo a reset. It will recover, but there can be several seconds of lag during the recovery period.


This can occur with hardware SSL acceleration. Use of TLS1.3 in vCMP guest Use of software version less than on vCMP host


Upgrade vCMP host to a version greater than - F5 recommends to use latest point release in any software branch when possible.
