Opened: Aug 02, 2019
Severity: 3-Major

Symptoms

After a new access profile is attached to a transparent SWG virtual server that is listening at any IP address, new SWG sessions are terminated due to failure in getting profile license. Errors are posted: -- err tmm[9704]: 01490514:3: (null):Common:00000000: Access encountered error: ERR_NOT_FOUND. File: ../modules/hudfilter/access/access.c, Function: access_process_state_client_get_license, Line: 9056. -- err tmm[9704]: 01490514:3: (null):Common:00000000: Access encountered error: ERR_NOT_FOUND. File: ../modules/hudfilter/access/access.c, Function: hud_access_handler, Line: 3350.

Impact

APM end user cannot establish a session.

Conditions

Virtual address spanning is enabled on the virtual address 0.0.0.0 that the transparent SWG virtual server is associated with.

Workaround

Disable spanning on the virtual address and restart tmm.
