Symptoms

After a new access profile is attached to a transparent SWG virtual server that is listening at any IP address, new SWG sessions are terminated due to failure in getting profile license. Impact

APM end user cannot establish a session.

Conditions

Virtual address spanning is enabled on the virtual address 0.0.0.0 that the transparent SWG virtual server is associated with.

Workaround

Disable spanning on the virtual address and restart tmm.
