Symptoms

When an App of type OAuth API or OAuth Client/RS has been deployed with "Create New" option selected for the DNS resolver, when you modify the deployment and redeploy without changing the selection to use the existing DNS resolver, the re-deploy will fail.

Impact

The redeploy will not work unless you select the option to use the existing DNS resolver before redeploying after modification

Conditions

This occurs when you modify the deployment but do not change the selection of the DNS resolver to use an existing DNS resolver that was created when the App was deployed earlier. This will also happen when you upgrade the rpm and re-deploy the config which was created before the upgrade without changing the option of Create New to use existing DNS resolver.

Workaround

Select the existing DNS resolver created in the previous deployment of the App
