Symptoms

Both AD Query and LDAP Auth/Query fails.

Impact

Users may not be able to login to APM, and hence service is disrupted.

Conditions

-- AD Query Agent, LDAP Auth Agent, or LDAP Query Agent is configured in Per-Session or Per-Request Policy. -- These agents are configured in Direct mode. -- The AD and LDAP server address is configured as IPv6 address.

Workaround

None.

Fix Information

Users are now able to login to APM.
