Symptoms

Endpoint check does not run on the browser when connecting to APM. Browser shows a page indicating that it is waiting for the endpoint status.

Impact

Endpoint check cannot run and the APM end user client's attempt to connect to APM fails.

Conditions

-- The APM end user client system attempts to connect to APM from a browser on Microsoft Windows. -- Endpoint check is configured in an access policy on APM. -- Event ID '6005' is not present in the Windows event log.
