After upgrading from 5.4.0 >> 6.1.0 the BIG-IQ appears to be unstable reporting multiple issues. -- Most of of the managed BIG-IP devices display a red status via the Devices page. -- Some devices display service discovery related errors. -- The primary high availability (HA) status displays an error of 'Peer unavailable'. -- Out-of-memory errors are encountered after the upgrade. -- Request timed out errors for all requests to BIG IPs and ES localhost as well. -- BIG-IP's status appears red and no further status changes are possible.
The system becomes stalled with connectivity to other services and hosts blocked.
The exact conditions are unknown. It has been encountered after upgrading.
