Symptoms

/var logical volume may run our of memory and functionality depend on this volume may impact.

Impact

The functionality of provisioned modules which use /var logical volume may give unexpected behavior.

Conditions

When provisioned more number of modules, this memory constraint may occur for /var logical volume, based on the memory requirements of modules.

Workaround

Removing of some of Provision module may help to increase available memory for /var logical volume.

Fix Information

Increased the /var logical volume size from 3GB to 4.7GB

Behavior Change

/var logical volume size increased from 3.0GB to 4.7GB. This change will impact the total available free memory of the system for other requirements.
