Symptoms

Alerts for phishing attempts that contain a URI with extended ASCII characters might not display properly in the BIG-IQ alert details.

Impact

The URL field displays at the SOC forwarded alert, contains incorrect characters.

Conditions

- Configure BIG-IQ to forward alerts to the SOC dashboard. - Generate alert with Greek letters in the URL field to be inserted to the BIG-IQ. - Alert is displayed.
