Symptoms

APM has a hosted content feature where files can be uploaded for serving out to end users. This is typically used for Edge Client hosting, CSS, and Images. When you upload a CSS file with Hosted Content enabled, BIG-IP classifies it as 'text/x-asm' when it should be 'text/css'.

Impact

Incorrect content type used for CSS may confuse some web clients.

Conditions

APM Hosted Content feature serving CSS files.

Workaround

To work around this issue, use the Hosted Content GUI to change the file type from 'text/x-asm' to 'text/css'.
