Symptoms

You are unable to log in to iControl REST via /mgmt/toc/. Also a NullPointerException is logged to /var/log/restjavad log. One other edge case that looks similar to this was fixed in ID1146373

Login failure.

Conditions

This can be encountered intermittently while using iControl REST.

None.
