Symptoms

The timestamp value of sysUpTime in SNMP traps reported by BGP is incorrect.

Impact

The sysUpTime in the trap generated by BGP is incorrect.

Conditions

BGP connection with a peer flaps, and sends traps for the following: bgpSnmpNotifyEstablished bgpSnmpNotifyBackwardTransition

Workaround

None.

Fix Information

Fixed an incorrect calculation of sysUpTime.
