After rebooting a data collection device, the monitored BIG-IPs might not send statistics to the rebooted DCD.
Affected BIG-IPs aren't sending statistics
BIG-IQ CM and DCDs are rebooted.
Workaround: Re-enable stats (from BIG-IQ) to the disconnected BIG-IP.
