The BIG-IP VE is not successfully created.
The BIG-IP VE name you are attempting to create on Azure contains any of these special characters `~!@#$%^&*()_+=[]{}\|;:'"/?,<>.
Make sure that the BIG-IP VE name does not contain special characters if it is going to be deployed on Azure.
