Without URLDB or SWG being provisioned, when the SSL Orchestrator guided configuration is used to deploy a topology, the security policy page will display the unlicensed Forcepoint (URLDB) categories under "Category Lookup (SNI)" conditions drop down.
Use of the unlicensed Forcepoint (URLDB) categories, other than custom, will lead to license failures.
