Symptoms

The POST body size limit is limited to 64k when the request does not have a valid APM session.

Impact

Unable to start an OAuth policy if it contains a large POST body.

Conditions

This applies only during the policy evaluation. After the policy has been set to 'Allow', there is no limit.
