Symptoms

In a rare scenario, after the RPM upgrade in a high availability (HA) environment, some configs are duplicated.

Impact

Duplicate SSL Orchestrator configs get created. This results in create inconsistent behavior.

Conditions

Perform SSL Orchestrator RPM upgrade.

Workaround

Delete the SSL Orchestrator config and make sure it gets deleted from all the devices in the HA environment.
