Symptoms

When viewing the output of the SmartNIC Orchestrator's startup logs, you see the following errors: Running the post_install script: depmod: ERROR: fstatat(4, altera-asmip2.ko.xz): No such file or directory depmod: ERROR: fstatat(4, avmmi-bmc.ko.xz): No such file or directory

Impact

Errors are logged, but they are benign and are a normal part of the start-up process. They can be safely ignored.

Conditions

These messages are emitted during SmartNIC Orchestrator start-up.
