After upgrading the APM client and switching to another VPN server, clients are unable to connect.


The APM end users cannot reach the resources of the other APM virtual server.


-- APM configured and in use. -- The APM end user upgrades the APM client. -- The APM end user changes to a different APM server.


Have the client user quit and restart the Edge Client. This ensures that the session on the previous APM is cleared. After that, they will be able to connect to the new APM server.
