Symptoms

PWR-0366-XX 3000W AC power supply used in VELOS CX410 series chassis reports a fault in the log when the power cable is removed. The fault in question indicates that there is a problem with the communication inside the PSU. In this situation, the PSU is powered from the peer supply via a secondary connection, while the primary is not powered because AC is removed. Eventually, the lack of communication triggers a fault and records the message in the log. This is a latching fault can remain asserted even if internally the fault is already removed.
