Severity: 3-Major
When creating a VLAN group using the 'Quick Configuration' page in the GUI, the system may incorrectly allow the user to select individual interfaces or trunks. Attempting to create a VLAN group with interfaces selected will fail, and report an error message such as: transaction failed:01020036:3: The requested vlan_member (/Common/vlangroup 1/0.1) was not found.
System does not provide correct guidance for creating a VLAN group on these platforms on the Network :: Quick Configuration page.
-- Creating a VLAN group from the GUI using the Network :: Quick Configuration page. -- vCMP guest (BIG-IP vCMP Guest) or tenant running on VELOS platform (BIG-IP Guest).
When creating a VLAN group in a BIG-IP vCMP guest or BIG-IP Guest (VELOS tenant), do not try to select particular interfaces.
