Symptoms

Failover occurs and the newly active device continues to monitor a supposed high availability (HA) state, eventually leading it to fence itself off. This means any attached DCD's will be removed and required to be manually added back.

Impact

You will be required to restart system and add any DCD's back manually.

Conditions

If Quorum goes offline during failover then the new standalone will think a resource is down and fence itself off.
