Symptoms

Due to the client resending the request, the connection is not lost but is stalled for a considerable time.

Impact

This causes slow response times for application users.

Conditions

-- virtual server running 16.0.0 with compression, caching, and OneConnect enabled. -- The request has 'Accept-Encoding: gzip ...; header -- The response has 'Cache-Control: no-cache' header. -- The response payload is equal to or greater than 1024 bytes (otherwise the default compression profile does not consider it).

Workaround

Unconfigure any of the following profiles: -- OneConnect -- HTTP compression -- Caching
