Vlan information references a deleted partition on the primary device and configuration load fails giving an error: emerg load_config_files[8487]: "/usr/bin/tmsh -n -g -a load sys config partitions all base " - failed. -- 01070277:3: The requested vlan, vlangroup or tunnel (/autoprov/pcs-autoprov-core-lb-link) was not found.
After config sync, the VLAN may point to the deleted partition. Configuration load will fail, and upgrade will also fail.
-- High availability (HA) environment -- A VLAN is created in a partition on one device -- The partition is deleted on the other device
-- Remove the config from bigip_base.conf and load the config again (tmsh load sys config) -- Run both create and delete for VLAN on both units and then only sync it (For both auto and manual sync)
