Symptoms

The MAC Address of a BIG-IP Virtual Edition network interface is displayed as 'none' after upgrading.

Impact

Traffic disrupted when the MAC address is set to 'none'

Conditions

1. The VLAN MTU is set to less than 1280 bytes on a BIG-IP network interface. 2. Upgrade BIG-IP to 14.1.0 or above from BIG-IP versions below 14.1.0
