Symptoms

When using a native Microsoft application (i.e. Microsoft Word) to load an APM-protected endpoint, users get an error: 'Popups are blocked for this site' with F5 logo and with 2 options 'Download' or 'Skip Inspection'. Both options are not accessible/greyed out.

Impact

Endpoint inspection fails.

Conditions

Attempt the service to be opened using native MS app (for example, MS Word) -- Office 365 iApp deployed -- APM is configured as a SAML IDP for the Office365 portal. -- The portal is opened with a native MS app (for example, MS Word)

Workaround

Use a web browser to access the resource.
