After the active BIG-IQ in an auto failover HA configuration goes down and is recovered (but is still standalone), attempting to add a DCD succeeds, but the following error appears: "An error occurred while adding the Device. Error: Failed to poll elasticsearch cluster health."
Unexpected and misleading error generated in the UI.
1. A BIG-IQ auto failover HA configuration fails over, and then recovered, but is still standalone. 2. Add a DCD to the BIG-IQ.
Run the the clear-rest-storage command to allow adding the DCD without error.
