Symptoms

After rebooting the primary BIG-IQ, the primary will show that the secondary BIG-IQ is not actively streaming and high availability (HA) status is red

Impact

BIG-IQ Devices do not automatically re-establish high availability (HA) following a reboot

Conditions

-- BIG-IQ high availability (HA) Cluster previously established -- Reboot the primary device

Workaround

To resolve this issue, login to bash on the primary BIG-IQ and execute the following command: /usr/bin/ha_set_firewall <pri_discovery> <sec_discovery> NOTE: This will resolve the issue until the next reboot.
