According to the documentation: 'avr-dnsstat-sample-rate sets AVR DNS statistics rate. The default value is 0, which means AVR DNS statistics is disabled." However, after you set this parameter to 0 (zero), DNS statistics are still collected.
You are unable to disable collection of DNS statistics.
