Symptoms

While upgrading BIG-IQ to 8.0.0 and the upgrade status is "Running post upgrade tasks", if you navigate to the BIG-IQ Data Collection Devices tab, you will be asked to complete post upgrade tasks. Choosing continue can give an error with the message "Only one task can be created at a time".

Impact

An error message notifying the user that only one task can be created at a time. Since the error was due to a second job being fired, the upgrade should still be able to complete successfully.

Conditions

Navigating to BIG-IQ Data Collection Devices tab while the upgrade is in progress

Workaround

During an upgrade, monitor the upgrade process (the monitoring page should come up automatically after logging in to the BIG-IQ after it finishes setting up or under the System > Software Management tab). If the upgrade is not complete with the status "Successfully completed the upgrade", do not navigate to any other tabs. Once the upgrade status said "Successfully completed the upgrade", the upgrade is completed and you can navigate to other tabs.
