APM end user clients fail to establish VPN access using the browser to BIG-IP APM systems running 22.214.171.124, 14.1.4, 126.96.36.199, or 188.8.131.52 with APM Client versions 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11, 7.2.1 or earlier in their respective software branches. You may observe the following error message in a pop up dialog of the browser when the network access fails to launch: ============= "F5 VPN - Your session could not be established" "Your session could not be established. The session reference number: nnnnnnnn Application will be closed" =============
APM end user clients, using the browser, cannot establish VPN access to the BIG-IP system.
-- This can occur after upgrading to the following BIG-IP versions: - 18.104.22.168 - 14.1.4 - 22.214.171.124 - 126.96.36.199 -- APM end user clients are running 188.8.131.52 or earlier, 7.1.9, 184.108.40.206, or 7.2.1.
Edge Clients (apmclients) versions 220.127.116.11, v7.1.9, and v18.104.22.168 (and earlier), do not work with BIG-IP versions beginning with v22.214.171.124, v126.96.36.199, v14.1.4, or v188.8.131.52. You must use later Edge Client versions. -- If you are running 184.108.40.206 and earlier, upgrade to 220.127.116.11. -- If you are running 7.1.9 or 18.104.22.168, upgrade to 22.214.171.124. -- If you are running 7.2.1, upgrade to 126.96.36.199.
